Kasianda Estate
A private planning space for your April stay. Use it to tell us who is coming, sketch out rooms, configure your birthday night, plan meals, and shortlist the experiences you would like us to arrange. Everything is optional, and you can skip anything you are not ready to decide.
What is already included
Your quote includes a lot already. The planner below is mainly for preferences, timing, optional upgrades and practical notes so we can prepare properly.
Who is coming, and where they will stay
Names are helpful, but not mandatory. Add quick room notes, or create movable guest cards if you want to capture dietaries, allergies or special requests. Guest cards can be dragged between rooms, so you can reshuffle without retyping.
Use this space for group-wide dietaries, child ages, infant notes, or anything the team should know. You can keep it high level if you do not want to enter every guest.
Your birthday party
The essentials are already included. Use the calculator below only if you want to dial things up with drinks, food, performers, extra decor or photography.
- Planning and coordination of timings, styling palette and evening flow.
- Giant illuminated birthday number with balloon garland.
- Extended service and happy hour pricing until midnight.
- Sound system hire and install.
- Dancefloor setup and party lighting, with disco ball, smoke, bubbles or laser effects.
- Complimentary decorated birthday cake with candles.
Choose free-flow drinks, canapé packages, music, performers, styling extras and photography. The canapé and bowl selectors are kept intact so you can choose exactly what you want served.
Birthday proposal
Your party essentials are already covered. Everything below is optional, if you'd like to take things up a level. Prices are inclusive of tax and service and are shown in IDR and approx. user currency.
Meals during your stay
Breakfast is included each morning and is à la carte, on demand. You only need to pre-order breakfast if you have an early start, a tour departure, or a fixed schedule. For lunch and dinner, use the planner to flag anything you would like us to prepare, price or discuss.
Kids, infants and family extras
Your quote includes infant comforts and up to four hosted kids activity sessions. Choose the included sessions you like, or add optional entertainment such as a foam party, magician or outdoor movie.
Spa, wellness and in-villa experiences
The birthday wellness trio is already included. Add any extra treatments or in-villa experiences you would like us to arrange. Live currency conversion is approximate and rates can change.
Day plans and recommendations
These are the curated outings from the recommendations page, turned into planner cards. Open a plan to see the suggested sequence, then add it to your stay if you would like us to help with timing, bookings or transport.
