Dedicated Staff
A highly trained team of 20+ staff looks after your group — including a four-chef culinary team, mixologists, servers, spa therapists, nannies, housekeeping, a general manager, and an event planner.

The team works from a dedicated staff room and commercial kitchen, so you get hotel-style service without staff “living in your space”. You’ll see the team when you want them — and you’ll have privacy when you don’t.
On-Demand Dining & Drinks
Enjoy on-demand food and beverage service from 7am–10pm daily (last food orders at 9:30pm). From poolside snacks to full dinners, place an order and we’ll prepare and serve it at your preferred time.

Trip Planning
We can help plan the trip around your group — airport transfers, drivers, day trips, restaurants, wellness, surf, and age-appropriate activities for kids and teens.

Billing & Splitting
Food, Drink & Services
We know group stays often involve a mix of budgets and arrangements, so we offer flexible ways to split costs — by room, family, or individual.
If you’d like to cover certain events, like dinners, performances, or outings, we can add those to your bill, while guests settle their own extras separately.
We’re also happy to keep payments on the down low if you’re treating others or just want to keep things simple behind the scenes.
Accommodation
Many groups prefer to split the accommodation costs. If you'd like to do things this way then just lets us know the names, amounts and email addresses and we'll send each guest a secure payment link. Please note that if you're splitting the bill the whole amount will be charged at the time of booking.
Event Planning
Annabelle will look after your celebration. She’s spent years designing and delivering beautiful, high-end celebrations all over the world — and brings that same eye for detail to your event at Kasianda.
Annabelle leads an in-house events team specialising in milestone birthdays and group celebrations — from styling and table settings to DJs, entertainment, and smooth service on the night.
