The idea
Tell us the occasion, your people and the atmosphere you want. A reference photo or a favourite colour is enough to begin.
Scope & budget
Agree what matters, the guest numbers and the setting. We help you choose where to spend and confirm the arrangements.
Suppliers & styling
We coordinate the décor, menus, drinks and entertainment, including the suppliers needed for your agreed plan.
The timings
We bring arrivals, setup, food service and performances into one running order, with the practical details checked.
The celebration
The team coordinates on the day, from the final table details to the food and drinks. You can spend the time with your guests.

What the team handles
Shaping your theme, sourcing and coordinating suppliers, finalising menus, planning the timings and coordinating on the day.
The current planning service is included with a minimum four-night stay in the seven-bedroom House, or a minimum three-night stay in the full Estate. Your quote confirms what applies to your stay.

What is agreed separately
Food, drinks, décor, hired items, entertainment and other chosen additions are costed for your event. Planning support does not mean every supplier or upgrade is included.
We agree your choices and the event arrangements with you. The five-bedroom Villa does not host parties.
ONE TEAM ON SITE
The people behind the plan.
Annabelle shapes the creative direction. Ketut, our General Manager, coordinates suppliers and timings. Head Chef Ajik leads the food, with Head Butler and mixologist Made bringing the drinks and service together.
From a long lunch to a milestone evening, the plan connects what your guests see with everything happening behind the scenes.
The holiday matters too.
