Planning Your Wedding

Do we need to book the whole estate?
The standard wedding offering is exclusive use of the full 12-bedroom Estate, normally for at least four nights. Seasonal minimum stays can be longer. For a smaller celebration or a different arrangement, talk to Annabelle before booking. Accommodation is priced separately from the celebration package.
How many guests can attend the reception?
Plan for up to 32 seated or 50 standing, with larger groups by discussion. Give us both numbers: the people staying at the estate and everyone attending the reception, including guests staying elsewhere.
What is included in the ceremony and reception package?
The package covers planning and styling consultation, menu customisation, the running order and ceremony coordination, local permit and security, service staffing and setup, function furniture, standard ceremony florals, table and bar styling, signage and menus, dancefloor and sound, DJ console and lighting, and an end-of-night fireworks display. A seated meal requires an additional furniture supplement, included in the wedding proposal.
Accommodation and catering are separate. Drinks packages, entertainment, a wedding cake, photography, hair and makeup, and a celebrant are not included. Review the full options and inclusions in your wedding proposal.
How do we start planning and get an estimate?
Select Kasianda Estate, your dates and staying guests, then choose Wedding in your quote. Review your reception size and catering options in the wedding proposal, and send Annabelle a short brief with your ideas and priorities. Final guest numbers are due 45 days before check-in.
