THE DAY, YOUR WAY
A Wedding With
Room for Fun
Vows by the pool, a table full of friends, a cocktail that deserves another round. Bring us the atmosphere you have in mind, and we’ll help you make the most of the estate—from the ceremony setting to what happens when the music starts.
- 32 seated · 50 standing
- Larger groups by discussion
- Planning, styling & service together

THE CEREMONY
Your People.
Your Kind of Ceremony.
An aisle on the pool terrace, flowers around you, and your favourite people close enough to hear every word. The photographs here show real celebrations at Kasianda, with the ceremony arranged around the house and pool.
Annabelle will help plan the setting and running order. Choose your celebrant separately, then bring them into the conversation so the ceremony feels right for you.

AROUND THE TABLE
Long Lunch Energy.
Wedding Dinner Occasion.
Clinking glasses, plates being passed, someone getting up for a speech. A seated reception brings everyone around the table; a cocktail reception gives your guests more freedom to mingle.
We plan for up to 32 seated or 50 standing. If you have more guests in mind, talk to us before fixing the guest list so we can work through the arrangement together.
Our chefs prepare the wedding food in-house. Choose the style of service first, then work through your menu, dietary needs and drinks with the team.
GOOD FOOD, GOOD COMPANY
How Would You Like to Celebrate?
There’s more than one way to feed a wedding. Pick the atmosphere you want, then we’ll help with the rest.

Cocktails & Canapés
Move between friends, with canapés, warm bowls and grazing boards served over four hours. A generous cocktail reception with plenty to eat.

Sharing Around the Table
Start with canapés, then sit down to Asian-fusion sharing dishes, plated dessert and late-night bites. Relaxed, sociable and made for passing things around.

A Plated Wedding Dinner
Canapés followed by three individually plated courses and late-night bites. Choose the standard or premium menu, with the pace of dinner planned around your speeches.

FLOWERS, COLOUR & PERSONALITY
Bring Your Own Inspiration
A colour you keep coming back to, a favourite flower, a table you’ve saved on Pinterest. Start with our Tropical, White Hydrangea or Blush mood boards, or bring us something completely different.
The standard floral and styling package gives you a starting point. Annabelle will work through your ideas and any changes in cost with you before the details are agreed.

THEN TURN IT UP
A Team That Loves
a Good Party
A DJ, live music, a surprise performance—or just the songs everyone knows. Tell us what will get your people going and we’ll help plan the evening around it.
Sound, a DJ console and standard lighting are part of the setup. DJs and other performers are booked separately. Plan for the music to come down after 11pm; Annabelle will confirm the arrangements for your event.
BEFORE YOU START PLANNING
Good Things to Know
Where will the ceremony and reception take place?
We plan around the house and pool terrace. Annabelle will help match the ceremony layout and reception arrangement to your guest numbers and style. The mood boards are colour and styling inspiration, not a promise of a particular layout.
What if it rains?
Discuss the weather plan with Annabelle before agreeing your ceremony and reception layout. The alternative arrangement needs to suit your guest numbers and the space; it should be part of your wedding plan from the start.
Can we have a smaller or more low-key celebration?
Absolutely—tell Annabelle what you have in mind. A small ceremony, an elopement with family, or a relaxed cocktail gathering may need a different plan. We’ll discuss what is possible and quote the agreed arrangement.
Who arranges our celebrant, photographer and hair and makeup?
You book these separately; we can recommend suppliers. Introduce your chosen suppliers during planning so their timing fits the day. Outside planners and vendors need prior written approval to work at the estate.
