KASIANDA ESTATE · BALI
Where You’ll Stay
A FEW DAYS WITH YOUR FAVOURITE PEOPLE
Make a Holiday
of It
The wedding brings everyone to Bali. The breakfasts, pool afternoons and unhurried dinners are what make it a trip together. Take over Kasianda Estate and give your closest friends and family a place to settle in.
- 12 bedrooms · sleeps 29 in existing beds
- Two pools · two connected wings
- Exclusive use of the estate

ROOM TO SETTLE IN
All the Rooms.
Just Your People.
The full estate brings Kasianda House and Kasianda Villa together: 12 bedrooms across two connected wings, with existing beds for 29 guests. There are places to gather and bedrooms to retreat to when you want a little quiet.
Start with who is staying, including children’s ages, then work through the room plan. Wedding attendance is a separate number—some guests may join the celebration while staying elsewhere.

BEFORE & AFTER THE WEDDING
Leave a Day
With Nothing in It
A massage before the wedding. A long breakfast the next morning. An afternoon that starts by the pool and somehow stays there.
Our team can help arrange a welcome dinner, a recovery brunch, spa treatments or time out exploring Bali. These are choices for your itinerary; we’ll confirm the costs and availability for anything you add.
YOUR HOLIDAY, TOO
Make Space for the Days Around It

The Night Before
Get everyone together over cocktails and a welcome meal. Keep it relaxed, meet the people you haven’t seen in ages, and let the team take care of dinner.
Food & Drink
The Day After
A slow start, something delicious for breakfast, and a pool day with your guests. Leave a little room in the itinerary for doing very little.
Plan Your Itinerary
Something for Yourselves
Book a treatment, have a quiet hour together, or head out into Berawa. There’s no need to schedule every moment of the trip.

PLANNING THE GROUP STAY
A Few Practical Details
Do we book the whole estate for a wedding?
The standard wedding offering is exclusive use of the full 12-bedroom Estate, normally for at least four nights. Seasonal minimum stays can be longer. If you are considering a smaller celebration or a different arrangement, speak to Annabelle before booking.
Can more people attend than stay overnight?
Yes. The estate sleeps 29 in existing beds, while the wedding reception can accommodate up to 32 seated or 50 standing. Give us both numbers: everyone staying, and everyone attending the wedding. Larger groups and additional sleeping arrangements need to be discussed in advance.
How do we choose rooms for adults and children?
Use the estate’s room photographs and floor plans as a starting point. Share your adults, children and infants, including children’s ages, and let us know about any mobility or sleeping needs before agreeing the room plan.
Can you help with transfers and the days around the wedding?
Yes. Our team can help coordinate airport transfers, restaurant bookings, drivers, activities and your group itinerary. Services and experiences are priced separately where applicable; we’ll work through the arrangements with you.
Can our guests split the accommodation cost?
We can help with split payment arrangements. Discuss how you want to divide the stay before booking; the payment schedule and arrangements will be confirmed for your reservation.
