YOUR STARTING POINT

Calculate Your Costs

Enter your dates and the guests staying at Kasianda Estate. On the quote page, select Wedding to continue to your wedding proposal and catering choices.

Keep two guest counts in mind: the people sleeping at the estate, and everyone attending the reception. They don’t have to be the same.

Flexible on dates, or planning something smaller? Talk to Annabelle about the options before settling on a plan. Your tailored proposal confirms the full price, inclusions and payment terms.

HOW THE PRICE FITS TOGETHER

Four Parts to Your Wedding

01   Your Stay

The private estate for your dates and staying guests. Rates and minimum stays vary with the season; accommodation is separate from the celebration package.

02   The Celebration

The ceremony and reception setup, planning, styling and coordination. The standard package is USD 2,950, with a USD 200 furniture supplement for a seated meal.

03   Food & Drinks

Choose a reception menu priced per person, then add your drinks arrangements. Wedding catering is prepared by our in-house chefs.

04   Your Own Extras

Allow separately for a celebrant, photography, hair and makeup, cake, performers and any styling upgrades you choose.

The package and menu amounts below include tax and service. They are a guide to the current standard offering; your proposal confirms the choices and total for your wedding.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE PARTY

Your Wedding Team

Annabelle leads the planning and styling. Ketut brings together the suppliers, timings and arrangements on site. Our chefs, bartenders and service team look after the food, drinks and guests.

Bring the ideas you’ve saved, the things you really care about, and the questions you haven’t worked out yet. That’s a good place to start.

CEREMONY & RECEPTION

What’s in the Package?

USD 2,950

The standard package brings the wedding setting and the team together. Here’s what it covers, grouped so you can see what is already taken care of.

Planning, coordination & staffing
  • Pre-event consultation, décor styling and menu planning.
  • Running order, vendor liaison and on-the-day ceremony coordination.
  • Local event permit and security.
  • Additional wedding-day bar and dining service staff, setup and venue rearrangement.
Flowers, furniture & table styling
  • Ceremony chair and table hire, including delivery and setup.
  • Standard floral arch, bridal bouquet, groom’s boutonnière and petals.
  • Floral tablescape, linens and bar flowers.
  • Custom cocktail bar signage and printed guest menus.

A seated reception adds a USD 200 furniture supplement. Custom flowers and styling beyond the standard package are discussed and quoted separately.

Sound, lighting & the reception setup
  • Dancefloor setup and sound system hire.
  • Standard DJ console and party lighting hire.
  • Fireworks as listed in the standard proposal, with arrangements confirmed during planning.

The DJ console is equipment; a DJ or other performer is booked separately.

What do we arrange or pay for separately?

Accommodation, wedding catering and drinks sit outside the package price. Allow separately for your celebrant, photographer, hair and makeup, wedding cake, entertainment and any custom upgrades.

We can recommend suppliers. You book your celebrant, photographer and hair and makeup separately, and outside vendors or planners need prior written approval to work at Kasianda.

FROM OUR CHEFS

Choose Your Wedding Menu

Prefer everyone mingling with a cocktail, a generous sharing table, or a plated dinner? Choose the style first. We’ll help with menu selections and dietary requirements during planning.

Current wedding menu guide · IDR per person · tax and service included
Reception menuPer person
Standing reception · four hours920,000
Asian-fusion family-style dinner990,000
Plated three-course dinner1,150,000
Premium plated three-course dinner1,450,000
What is served at a standing reception?

Twelve canapés and three warm bowl dishes per person, served in rounds over four hours, plus grazing boards. It’s designed to be a substantial meal while guests mingle.

What is included with a seated menu?

Five canapés to start, followed by your chosen dinner format, dessert and two late-night bites. Family-style menus use shared starters and mains; plated menus serve each course individually. The premium menu offers premium seafood and steak options.

Are drinks and the wedding cake included?

No. Drinks packages and the wedding cake are separate choices. Tell us how you’d like the bar to work and whether you have a cake supplier in mind, and we’ll include those arrangements in the planning.

How do you handle children’s meals and dietary needs?

Share children’s ages, dietary preferences and any allergies with the team before the menu is agreed. Annabelle and the chefs will confirm the suitable options and pricing for your group.

YOUR OWN PEOPLE, TOO

Celebrant, Hair, Makeup & Photography

Your ceremony and photographs deserve the right people. If you have suppliers in mind, share their details with Annabelle; if you need a starting point, we can recommend them.

You book these services separately. Before committing, confirm the arrangements and written vendor approval with us, then bring your suppliers into the running order so getting ready, portraits and the ceremony all fit together.

Wedding cakes and performers are also separate choices. Your proposal should include the extras you want, so you can compare the whole wedding budget.

FROM FIRST IDEAS TO THE DAY ITSELF

Planning From Wherever You Are

  1. Start with dates and people. Share your preferred dates, flexibility, staying guests and total wedding attendance. Tell us the atmosphere you’re after and your budget priorities.
  2. Work through the proposal. Compare the stay, celebration package, menu and extras. A call with Annabelle can help you picture how it all works.
  3. Confirm your reservation. Your proposal sets out the deposit and payment dates. An enquiry or estimate alone does not reserve the estate.
  4. Bring the details together. Agree the menu, styling, suppliers and running order. Final guest numbers are due 45 days before check-in.

THE QUESTIONS COUPLES ASK

Helpful Details

Can we view the estate from overseas?

Yes—arrange a call with Annabelle and ask for recent walkthrough videos. Live tours depend on availability between stays, as we protect the privacy of guests in residence.

How long do we need to stay?

The standard full-estate wedding offering normally has a four-night minimum. Peak-season dates may require a longer stay. Check your chosen dates, and speak to Annabelle if you are considering a different arrangement.

Can some wedding guests stay somewhere else?

Yes. Please give us your staying guest count and wedding attendance separately. Existing beds sleep 29; reception capacity is 32 seated or 50 standing. Larger groups and extra sleeping arrangements are by discussion.

Can we use our own planner, caterer or suppliers?

Wedding catering is provided in-house. Outside planners and other vendors require prior written approval. Share anyone you would like to bring in before committing to their booking.

What time does the party finish?

Plan for music to reduce after 11pm. Annabelle will confirm the timing, permit and sound arrangements for your event while preparing the running order.

Can we hold the wedding on arrival day?

We recommend allowing a day to settle in before the wedding. Arrival-day setup is tight around check-in, so agree the ceremony date with Annabelle before making other bookings.

What is the deposit and cancellation policy?

Your accommodation and wedding proposal sets out the applicable deposits, balance dates and cancellation terms. Review those terms before confirming. Payment arrangements can vary with the booking and how far away your stay is.

What happens if our plans or guest numbers change?

Let Annabelle know as early as possible so the layout, menu and quote can be reviewed. Final guest numbers are due 45 days before check-in; changes to agreed services depend on the arrangements and supplier terms.
